Baltimore Orioles Announce Player Alumni Autograph Series

The Orioles will kick off their newest program, the Orioles Alumni Autograph Series, Thursday at Camden Yards.

Every Monday and Thursday home game this season, fans are invited to meet some of their favorite former Orioles at Oriole Park.

The former players will sign autographs at the MASN Booth on Eutaw Street (near Gate A) from 90 minutes to 30 minutes before that day’s game.

Al Bumbry, Bill Hunter and Tippy Martinez will be at Camden Yards this Thursday.

The three will sign autographs from noon until 1 p.m. Martinez will also throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the 1:35 p.m. game against the New York Yankees.

Fans should visit www.orioles.com for a list of players expected to participate throughout the 2009 season.

Early Wednesday the entire Orioles team went to work signing autographs along with the coaches at the Greater Baltimore Committee’s annual Welcome Home Luncheon at the Sheraton Baltimore City Hotel.

The team dined with Baltimore businessmen and women.
