Topps is preparing what it calls an “all-new look” 2009 Bowman Draft Picks product for a spring release.
Promising “every big name” from the NFL Draft, Topps is guaranteeing that each box will contain two Autographed Rookie Cards: one on-card and the other a rookie patch card.
Players have been signing cards after reaching agreements with the company for autographs.
