Excitment of collecting Hot Wheels

The excitement of collecting Hot Wheels is always there in collectors life, but as for the moment of excitement, plus a memorable one, I guess there are only a few that would stays in our memory. I had a few moment of excitement during collecting, and my stories are kept within these Hot Wheels.

If you think I’m going to write about the excitement of getting these Greenies, nope, you’re wrong. Not every of these TH$ gave me a memorable moment. Only the bottom three which will give me a smile on my face whenever I see them.

The Megathruster TH$ was my first Super, and I almost end up not owning it. That was the time when I first get to know about TH, but the only thing I know is that they have green labels. When me and my gf was searching through the Hot Box Promotion Pack trying to look for Camaro Z28(Bumblebee ma…still high on transformer fever), we stumbled upon two green labels in seperated pack, but they have different paints(I was so stupid that I didnt realize the wheels are different). Because of the price of the pack, I couldn’t afford to buy 2 of them by that time, so I actually choosed the one with orange paint (which is regular). My reason? The other one look so plastic…and so, I put the pack with $uper TH in it back onto the shelves, and proceed to the counter. Just before paying, my gf said to me, ” I think the other one looks nicer.” Looking at her with the “what-do-you-know” face, I went to grab the other pack and leave the Regular TH pack behind. I ended up owning a $uper TH without knowing I have one.

For the other two stories behind the other two TH$, maybe I would write it out someday. It’s still not ready to be revelead
